Yes, I understand that ARCs are typically reviewed in print form after publication and this method ensures shipped copies only go to those which provided the reviews.

Historically, ARC reviews are typically only received by 10-25% of the readers that received a free copy of a book, at a high cost to authors. The WCP method uses a digital copy of the book, then requires the reviews be posted before receiving a copy.
