**WILDER CREEK PUBLISHING – ARC READER NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT**
This Non-Disclosure Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the individual accepting this agreement (“Reader”) and Wilder Creek Publishing LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company (“Publisher”).
**1. Purpose of Agreement**
Reader desires access to unpublished literary works (“Manuscripts”) for the purpose of providing early feedback, review, and quality assurance as part of the Publisher’s ARC Program.
**2. Confidential Information**
Reader agrees to maintain strict confidentiality over the contents of any Manuscript received, including but not limited to:
– Plot, characters, themes, structure, or writing style
– Author identity if using a pseudonym
– Any materials marked “Confidential” or distributed in limited preview
**3. Restrictions**
Reader agrees not to:
– Distribute, copy, forward, or otherwise share Manuscripts with third parties
– Use the Manuscript or its content for any purpose other than review
– Retain copies after review is complete
– Post spoilers or unreleased content publicly prior to release date
**4. Ownership and Return**
All Manuscripts are the intellectual property of the respective authors. Reader acquires no ownership or rights to any Manuscript. Upon request, Reader will delete or destroy any files or printed materials received.
**5. Acknowledgement and Public Credit**
Reader may receive public acknowledgement in the published work, unless explicitly opted out. Participation does not confer financial compensation.
**6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction**
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Albany County, Wyoming.
**7. Entire Agreement**
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Reader and Publisher with respect to confidentiality and supersedes all prior agreements.
By registering for the ARC Program, Reader acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Agreement.
